Peace and Privacy on the Sunshine Coast

We have decided to sell our little piece of paradise having owned it for 22 years - it is utterly private and peaceful, yet within easy reach of Noosa, Coolum, Eumundi, Yandina and the highway to Brisbane some 120 kms to the south.

The land comprises a ridge that faces north, running east-west parallel and above Pathara Road with a concrete water tank in good working order at the far end. There are several large trees in this area.

The rest of the property is quite heavily timbered with two creeks and a waterfall that run in wet weather. There is an abundance of wildlife, including rock wallabies, possum, gliders, goannas, lizards and a variety of small birds only seen in hidden places.

The terrain is steep in places with an all weather track across it. This track was created in the 1930's when the North Arm Gold mine was based in the area. There is little sign of their hand work now, but back then some 10,000 ounces of deep reef gold were removed from the hill.

It is certainly the perfect spot for someone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle. We are particularly interested in talking to anyone who appreciates and respects nature and all that it offers. We would suggest that cat lovers might prefer somewhere else!

Private individuals interested in this property may send an email to sally@sallyheron.com or call 0754468127 and leave a message. Real estate agents are advised not to bother.
